The Lone Star Legal Aid offices in downtown Houston were rocked by an explosion on Monday morning, ABC 13 reported. Eyewitness video shows the building covered in flames and smoke. It is still unclear how the fire began or whether there were any injuries or fatalities. The explosion comes amid severe flooding and damage brought on by Tropical Storm Harvey.
